I recommend setting up officially (if only partly) in Australia, because there the law is about to force google to pay media companies that google (and others) profit from & at the expense of... ...I also recommend Patreon as an ongoing payment & distribution platform, just as an additional option for PAYG subscription on (say) a monthly or quarterly basis.
