I guess I’m the odd man out here. Nice voice. But it came across as plastic to me. I felt like she manipulated her techniques to give the result she thought the judges would desire. And... She looked at the judges the whole time instead of being in her own zone!! That was highly off putting to me. I think my main concern is I felt no authentic emotion in her songs. She can belt it out, do all the right stuff, but did I believe her stories? No. Is she actually feeling what she’s saying? That’s an absolute must in musical performance regardless of instrument. Idk, just left me cold. She needs to get out of her head and into her heart w her music. That will make all the difference in the world.

Why is she even here. These clowns don't know what real talent is. I feel like this show takes advantage of truly amazing singers and they like to downplay their talent. She belongs somewhere other than here. And katy perry always seems negative and jealous of people better than her. She needs to be booted from the show due to her multiple jealous episodes against people who are far better singers than she is. It's getting old now. Katy perry is weird as fuck, I don't know if it's just me. Lionel and luke are great and they recognize and praise good talent. This girl still deserves way better

When was the last time I heard a voice that good? That's not American Idol material, that's put her in recording studio somewhere and don't tamper with her voice one bit, just let her sing and record it properly. There are megastars that have been around for years that can't sing that well.
