  • If you look at those early piston teams you'll see the influence that Chuck Daly had on Dennis Rodman. First off they played defense and got into people's heads. They had three great guards in Joe Dumars,Isaiah Thomas and Vinny the microwave Johnson. That was where the bulk of the scoring came from so Chuck Daly took the worm and plugged him into that defensive-minded, rebounder extraordinaire and Dennis perfected his craft to the ultimate level. Oh yes I watched my bad boys many times and all I can say is--Bad Boys Forever.👍🏆🏆👍

  • The bulls were the best in the 90s. Really only one guy could shut them down in the early 90s, karl malone. He was a wall and you could never bring less than your best. But to watch basketball then was amazing. From coast to coast there were endlessly talented teams and the competition was tough. I haven't watched since the days of derek rose on the bulls. It's the end of an era in the nba now since kobe bryant died. That ended it for me. Last of the greatest players to ever play. Just a handful of good players left but gone are the days of the icons. God bless kobe's family. Fans lost a legend and his family lost a great man.

  • A fallacy about Dennis Rodman is that he couldn’t score. Dennis Rodman was great scorer. He just didn’t care about scoring and wasn’t asked to score. If you told him that he needed to score he would’ve worked on being one of the best scorers in the league. He was selfless & looked to contribute to his team. When Rodman actually did shoot he did make it most of the time. He could hit 3pters too. He averaged 25.7 ppg in college.
